About Chris Garguilo

I have been in the Real Estate Industry for 25+ years starting out in Brooklyn, New York where I was also a Business High School Teacher. After school and on weekends, I worked at a local Real Estate Office involving mostly in Rental Transactions. After 9/11, the rental market dried up and I received my Broker's License and worked out of my home creating my own marketing and website. This worked out to be very profitable for me and earned exclusive representation for many Real Estate Developers.

When we made the decision to move to Hampton Roads, Virginia, I decided transact Real Estate full time, now an Associate Broker for eXp Realty. Being an educator, I have kept myself updated on all current forms of marketing such as website and blog development, Internet and Social Media Marketing as well as Video Marketing. I have a successful blog, RealEstatewithMrG.blog, that is updated at least 5 times a week along with video. I am now receiving articles from various vendors to post on my site as well. I also host a weekly livestream broadcast, "Real Estate with Mr. G", every Saturday evening at 7 pm. I have interviewed Loan Officers, Title Closers and Realtors in other states. Current and former podcasts can be viewed at https://realestatewithmrg.blog/broadcast-live.

With this expertise, I can successfully market your home or property for sale as well as finding you a new home. I am a Multi-Award Winner of the "5 Star Professional Award in Real Estate" and have many 5 Star Reviews on Zillow and Google. I have a MBA in Business Administration and also hold an Instructor's License in the Real Estate Salesperson Course.

I love Classical Music (my Undergraduate Degree is in Music), a Member of WHRO.org, and have attended many Virginia Symphony Concerts. I am a Choir Member, Lay Reader and Vestry Member of Emmanuel Episcopal Church.

I would feel most honored to represent you in your next Real Estate Transaction. My Motto is "Professional and Courteous Service for 25+ Years!"
